Refund & Return Policy – Pakistan Store

We have a 3 to 7-day return policy, which means you have 3 to 7 days (depending on the product) after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Sealed packaged items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened.

We only accept sealed, packed items if they are received damaged or defective. In such cases, the issue must be reported immediately after delivery. The product will be inspected, and the issue will be resolved through our technical lab within 5 to 7 working days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items sold on PakistanStore.pk cannot be returned, including opened or unsealed packaged gadgets, mobile accessories, earphones, chargers, power banks, personal-use electronic items, and custom or special-order products.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
